Allot time

When looking to open a new child care center, allot enough time to comply with NJDEP and NJDOH requirements, especially if the property has had decades of development or prior NJDEP submittals.  Typical environmental due diligence usually takes 30 days, although longer times may be required based on site specific situations.

When required, additional time is needed for play area sampling (30 days), obtaining historic NJDEP files (60 days), and NJDOH review time (60-90 days) to name a few.  By allotting time required for all the necessary environmental work in your planning stages, your project can proceed more readily.
